Shockwave Technology – cleaning with water only
Wednesday, January 9th, 2008In the database we have entered a new cleaning process, which is applied in the car engine production. For this cleaning process the shockwave technology is applied, which uses an abrupt underwater capacitor discharge. The thus produced shock wave is transmitted via water and cleans the very complex and narrow interior parts of the castings, in which also jammed chips could be found. You don’t need any chemical additive for the water bath. To view the processes select “Mould sand” under Dirttype in the search interface.
